Utkarsh Mishra joins Dallas Venture Capital as an Analyst. He is a BITS Pilani graduate with a dual degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and Physics. Before joining DVC, he was an investments intern at Inflexor Ventures, where he screened 40+ startups across B2B, B2C, and deep tech sectors, led sector-focused deal sourcing, and built investment theses on AI's impact on enterprise software.
Prior to Inflexor, Utkarsh spent nearly two years at CEO Factory, a management consulting firm, working on operational due diligence, post-merger integrations, and enterprise transformation projects across manufacturing, SaaS, and consumer sectors. He also brings product experience from Titan (a Tata Enterprise), where he shaped innovation strategy for a product portfolio worth INR 800Cr along with internships at Samsung and 3 other startups.
