Geetesh Anand is the VP Finance at Dallas Venture Capital, where he drives the fund accounting team in the preparation of the funds' periodic financial statements, management of the audit and tax. He manages ad-hoc GP/LP projects. He partners with the investment team to drive Term sheet & Shareholder Agreements with new portfolio companies, drives due diligence process, managing relevant tax and legal service providers, for efficient and quick transaction closure. He helps portfolio companies 'heads of finance with finance best practices, constructing teams, compliance matters, spanning all stages (Pre Series to Growth).


With a background in fund finance and operations, he has developed a strong passion for the investment ecosystem to include venture capital and private equity.

Geetesh earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney, and has acquired the CPA qualification. He has since gained extensive experience in the private equity and venture capital industry overseas and in India. Throughout his career, he has been involved in managing the middle and back office operations of the both Domestic and Offshore Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds across various regulated jurisdictions. He engaged in special projects to include legal and tax structuring of investment funds and state of the art tech implementation as a business analyst, showcasing a commitment to excellence and innovation.
